The Southern Oregon volleyball team earned a No. 13 ranking in the opening NAIA Top 25 Volleyball Poll. The Raiders received 326 poll points and also finished last year ranked No. 13. Cascade Conference foe College of Idaho is ranked 16th with 282 poll points. The Southern Oregon volleyball team opened up the 2010 season with a 25-20, 25-17, 25-19 non-conference victory over Holy Names tonight at McNeal Pavilion. Junior outside hitter Sarah Holgen led the Raiders with nine kills. With nine returning players with playing experience, the Southern Oregon volleyball team opens the 2010 season Monday night at home against Holy Names.
