Southern Oregon University Athletics

Stidham is Southern Oregon's second two-time NAIA All-American following a third-place showing at the national championships as a 190-pounder in 1972-73 and a fifth-place effort in 1973-74.  The former Myrtle Point High triple crown winner twice advanced to the NAIA District II championship bout and he won the title as a senior in 1973-74.  Stidham graduated as the school's Outstanding Health and Physical Education major in 1974.
