SOU-CUI Boxscore

The 22nd-ranked Concordia (Calif.) women's soccer team scored a pair of second half goals to down Southern Oregon 3-0 today in Irvine, Calif.

Concordia improved to 2-0 on the season with the victory. SOU fell to 0-4 and will travel to George Fox on Saturday.

Kristin Nottingham put CUI on the board just a minute into the matchup with an unassisted goal. The Raider defense kept CUI at bay until the 52nd minute when Siobhan McMorrow scored her third goal of the season from six yards out. Concordia added another goal with just 11 minutes left to play.

Freshman goalie Jessica Kuehlwien had four saves for the Raiders. SOU managed six shots in the match and two shots on goal. Katie Griffith (Mount Vernon, Wash./Burlington-Edison) had three shots for the Raiders, including one shot on goal and Chelsie O'Neill had the other shot on goal.

CUI finished with 14 shots and seven shots on goal.
