The Southern Oregon women's basketball team shot 54 percent from the field and cruised to a 95-69 victory over William Jessup this evening in Sacramento, Calif.

The Raiders are now 3-0 on the season and off until next Monday when they take on Oregon State in an exhibition game.

Senior Carly Wood (Sacramento, Calif./Bella Vista) turned in a season-high 18 points, while senior Krystal Smith (Olympia, Wash./River Ridge) had 16 and senior Whitney Scott (Tumwater, Wash./Black Hills) finished with 11 points.

Southern Oregon made 9 of 14 3-pointers for 64 percent and out-rebounded William Jessup 39-35.
