The Southern Oregon women were held to 12 first half points and fell to Eastern Oregon 69-35 tonight in La Grande.

Eastern Oregon improved to 13-7 overall and 5-6 in Cascade Conference play. Southern Oregon fell to 13-10 overall and 6-5 in conference. The Raiders return to McNeal Pavilion next Friday against Corban.

Alexi Smith (Bakersfield, Calif./Stockdale) was the lone Raider in double-digits with 11 points.

Rosebud Guthrie had 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Eastern Oregon jumped out to a 13-0 lead to start the game and never looked back.

The Mountaineers led 30-12 at the half after the Raiders shot 17 percent in the first half and went 0-for-8 from the 3-point line.

The second half was all Eastern Oregon.
