ASHLAND – The 18th-ranked Eastern Oregon men's wrestling team took the last six matches of the night to claim a 29-12 Cascade Conference dual win over Southern Oregon on Saturday at Lithia Motors Pavilion.
The Mountaineers rounded out their lineup with four consecutive NAIA top-18 ranked wrestlers and three of them registered bonus points. Their record went to 10-3, while the Raiders finished their dual slate at 5-8.

Justin Coon at 133, 10-5 over Monte Zufelt, and 149-pounder
Layn Pannkuk, 6-3 over Jared Brant.

Then the ranked quartet finished the Raiders off, starting with No. 7 Keegan Mulhill's third-round technical fall over
Tanner Sallee at 174 and No. 11 Marco Retano's first-round pin of
Josh Hammers at 184 that made it 22-12. Ryan Redford, EOU's No. 15 197-pounder, clinched the win with a 7-4 win against
Cylus Hoke, and No. 18 Noel Orozco punctuated it with a 10-1 major decision against
