ASHLAND – The No. 23-ranked Southern Oregon volleyball team made quick work of its first match in two weeks, a 25-13, 25-17, 25-19 sweep of Multnomah on Friday night at Lithia Motors Pavilion.
Sophomore outside hitter

The Lions attacked at a .073 clip, falling against SOU for the 13th time in as many meetings.
Hannah Randall had 15 assists while
Taylor Russell and
Gwen Sheldon combined for 14 in orchestrating the Raider attack. Defensively,
Kayla Neidigh collected 11 digs and
Taylor Jackson assisted four of the team's eight blocks.
Carol Melo contributed six kills and three blocks.
Van Well's 11-kill performance marked her seventh consecutive match in double figures. She's hit over .400 three times during the stretch.
The Raiders are home again at 7 p.m. Saturday to close out the first half of conference play against Warner Pacific, which will enter the match with a 1-9 CCC record.
