ASHLAND – The Evergreen (Wash.) women's soccer team is unable to field a team against Southern Oregon on Sunday due to COVID-19 protocols within the program, the Cascade Conference announced Friday.

The game will not be made up. Per CCC guidelines, it will be marked a 1-0 forfeit victory for SOU on the originally scheduled date of the matchup.

The win will make SOU 7-5-4 overall and 4-2-4 in conference play, and clinch a spot for the Raiders in the CCC Tournament. SOU finishes the regular season with two more games at Raider Stadium, 2:30 p.m. Monday against Northwest (Wash.) and 5:30 p.m. Thursday against Bushnell.
