Previous College - Participated in cross country and track at Lane Community College during the 2007-2008 season... All-American in the steeplechase... Also participated in cross country at Western Washington University.

Prep - Participated in cross country, baseball, basketball and soccer at Ashland High School... All-conference selection in cross country.

Personal - Born November 29, 1987 in San Francisco, Calif. ... Health and Physical Education major.
