2019 Track: An Academic All-Cascade Conference honoree… Scored in the 10K at the CCC Championships for the third year in a row in seventh place (33:05.42)… Made one 5K appearance at the Raider Invitational, finishing in 15:59.54.

2018 XC: Became an NAIA All-American, placing 24th of 330 overall in 24:57.0 on the NAIA Championships 8K course as the second scorer for a Raider team that was fourth in the men’s standings and won the men’s and women’s combined title… Also earned All-Cascade Conference status for the first time by placing fourth of 61 in 25:03.4 for SOU’s second-place team... Placed third of 136 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (24:13.4) and eighth of 109 at the William Jessup Invite (25:07.7).

2018 Track: Clocked both of his PRs at Raider Stadium, running the 5K in 15:40.17 at the Raider Invitational and the 10K in 33:05.24 for eighth place at the Cascade Conference Championships.

2017 XC: Was SOU’s seventh finisher at the Cascade Conference Championships, placing 25th of 76 overall in 26:40.4… Placed 29th at both the Lewis & Clark Invite and the William Jessup Invite.

2017 Track: Ran the 10K for the first time all season at the Cascade Conference Championships and scored for the Raiders in sixth place, clocking in at 33:21.78… Ran a season-best 4:13.95 in the 1,500 and 16:03.2 in the 5K.

2016 XC: Captured 20th place out of 80 entries in his first appearance at the Cascade Conference Championships, finishing the 8K race in 27:27.5 for his best showing of the season.

Personal: Born on Aug. 20, 1998… Majoring in emerging media and digital arts.
