2019 Track: Had a best of 9:29.30 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, which was good for No. 3 on the Cascade Conference performance list and seventh place at the OSU High Performance Meet… Took fifth in the steeple at the CCC Championships in 9:55.50… Placed fourth in the 5K at the Raider Invitational with a PR of 15:25.00.

2018 XC: Placed 49th of 330 overall and was SOU’s third scorer at the NAIA Championships with an 8K time of 25:24.3, pushing the Raider to third in the men’s standings and a combined NAIA title with the women… Missed All-Cascade Conference accolades by one spot at the CCC Championships in placing 13th of 61 with a time of 25:41.8, which made him the Raiders’ fourth scorer… Took 24th of 136 at the Lewis & Clark Invitational (25:08.4) and 15th of 109 at the William Jessup Invite (25:20.9).

2018 Track: Placed fifth in the 3K steeplechase at the Cascade Conference Championships with a time of 9:38.60, the best of his career to that point… Won the Pacific Twilight steeple race in 9:44.84… Ran a 5K in 15:43.03 for 15th place at the Raider Invitational.

2017 XC: Attained Academic All-Cascade Conference status… At the CCC Championship meet, placed 27th of 76 overall in 26:41.3… Was 21st of 116 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (26:11.5) and 25th of 114 at the William Jessup Invite (25:38.7).

2017 Track: Scored three points for the Raiders at the Cascade Conference Championships with a 6th-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a season-best time of 9:46.32… In his first collegiate attempt at the steeplechase, placed 2nd at the Raider Invitational in 9:51.25… Ran the 5K in 15:46.31 in his only attempt of the season at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational; recorded a season-best 1,500 mark of 4:02.85 at the Chico Twilight; and established an 800 PR of 2:03.97, also at Chico.

2016 XC: Redshirted.

High School: Graduated in 2016 from Eagle Point High, where he was a perennial honor-roll student, placed sixth at districts as a senior, and had prep-bests of 4:07 in the 1,500, 9:07 in the 3K and 15:59 in the 5K (XC)... Also an all-conference soccer player.

Personal: Born on Jan. 25, 1998 in Eagle Point, Oregon... Parents are Joan and Derrick; has an older brother, Tyler, who is a former SOU runner, and two sisters, Kelsey and Krystal... Majoring in health and physical education.
