2023 Track & Field: Repeated as a member of the Academic All-Cascade Conference team ... Registered the fourth-fastest 3K steeplechase time in SOU history at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, finishing in 11:17.13 to land at No. 18 on the national performance list and qualify automatically for the NAIA Outdoor Championships ... Did not compete at the NAIA meet due to injury but placed fifth in the steeple at the CCC Championships in 12:13.16 ... Had a runner-up finish in the 5K (18:33.84) at the Linfield Open.

2022 Cross Country: Named to the Academic All-Cascade Conference team ... Led SOU to ninth place at the NAIA Championships as the team's top finisher, taking 55th of 326 runners with a 5K PR of 18:26.1 ... Also led the Raiders at the Cascade Championships, placing seventh in 19:11.3 to earn All-CCC status ... Turned in runner-up finishes at the CCC Preview Meet (19:19.4, 5K) and the Jim Hunt Humboldt Invitational (22:43.0, 6K).

2022 Track & Field: Was part of SOU's 4x800 team that placed 17th at the NAIA Outdoor Championships after logging the second-fastest time in school history (9:21.27) at the Portland Twilight to land at No. 12 on the national performance list ... Placed 10th in the 1,500 (4:49.57) at the Cascade Conference Championships ... Ran season-bests of 18:19.01 in the 5K, 4:49.25 in the 1,500 and 2:24.72 in the 800.

2021 Cross Country: Missed the Cascade Conference Championships due to injury but was the Raiders' fourth scorer at the NAIA Championships, placing 173rd of 340 runners in 20:11.3 on the 5K course in Vancouver, Wash. ... Placed seventh of 37 at the Jim Hunt Invitational (24:14.54, 6K), eighth of 73 at the Charles Bowles Invite (19:06.8, 5K), and 72nd of 253 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (23:27.1, 6K).
