2023 Cross Country: SOU's fifth scorer at the Cascade Conference Championships, where he placed 61st of 89 in 27:40.8 ... Had a season-best 8K time of 26:47.8 at the Blazing Tiger Classic, where he finished 105th in a field of 291 runners ... Top placing was seventh at the Jessup Invitational (27:13.8).
2023 Track & Field: Ran the 3K steeplechase at the Cascade Conference Championships and placed 11th with a time of 10:42.50 ... Recorded a steeplechase PR of 10:27.58 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic and had a season-best in the 1,500 of 4:07.30 ... Repeated on the Academic All-CCC team.
2022 Cross Country: Named to the Academic All-Cascade Conference team ... Placed 42nd at the CCC Championships in 27:09.0 as the Raiders captured the team title ... Had a season-best time of 27:08.8 at the Lewis & Clark Invite.
2022 Track & Field: Ran the 5K for SOU at the Cascade Conference Championships, placing 19th in 16:30.34 ... Posted season-bests of 4:03.18 in the 1,500 at the Chico Invite, 15:35.68 in the 5K at the Raider Invitational, and 2:05.81 in the 800 at the Lane Open.
2021 Cross Country: Placed 43rd of 84 runners at the Cascade Conference Championships as a freshman, running the 8K at Running Y Ranch in 27:27.9 ... Was SOU's sixth finisher at the NAIA Championships, taking 219th of 332 in 27:45.8 ... Recorded a season-best 8K time of 26:18.9 at the William Jessup Warrior Invite for 42nd place in a 108-person field ... Debuted in 18th place of 42 at the Jim Hunt Invitational (27:49.37), took 39th of 120 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (26:22.3), and was 107th of 325 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (26:22.7).
