2024 Outdoor Track & Field: Made history by tying the SOU record for most overall All-America honors with her 10th and 11th ... Broke the Raider heptathlon record during a second-place finish at the NAIA Outdoor Championships with a score of 5,132 that marked a 378-point PR and would have been good enough to win the previous seven titles ... Placed sixth in the NAIA high jump with a mark of 5-7 1/4 that was a season-best and her best ever on the national stage ... Earned All-Cascade Conference honors by placing second in the high jump (5-6), third with a career-best mark in the long jump (18-5 1/4) and third in the heptathlon (4,827) while also being part of SOU's fourth-place 4x400 relay team (4:01.08) ... An Academic All-Cascade Conference honoree.
2024 Indoor Track & Field: Earned her ninth All-America honor with a third-place effort in the pentathlon at the NAIA Indoor Championships ... Scored 3,414 points for the first top-three national finish in her career and climbed four spots on the leaderboard in the final discipline with a then-PR in the 800 of 3,604.
2023 Outdoor Track & Field: Collected All-America hardware at the NAIA Outdoor Championships by placing fourth in the heptathlon (4,705) and sixth in the high jump (5-6) ... Became the first Raider ever with multiple All-America finishes in the high jump ... Was the Cascade Conference runner-up in both the heptathlon (4,720) and the high jump (5-5) -- also scoring in the 4x400 (4th, 3:57.09), 100 hurdles (5th, 15.42) and long jump (8th, 17-8 3/4).
2023 Indoor Track & Field: Placed sixth in the pentathlon (3,414) and seventh in the high jump (5-5 3/4) at the NAIA Indoor Championships for her fifth and sixth All-America honors ... Became the third individual in SOU women's track and field history with at least five All-America plaques just halfway through her sophomore season.
2022 Outdoor Track & Field: Became SOU's first outdoor high jump All-American since 1989 in fifth place (5-7) and took seventh in the heptathlon (4,679) at the NAIA Outdoor Championships ... Was an All-Cascade Conference honoree in three events at the CCC Championships: the high jump (2nd place, 5-4 1/2), heptathlon (3rd, 4,673) and 4x400 relay (3rd, 3:56.62) ... Also scored in the long jump (18-3 3/4) in fourth place and the 100 hurdles (15.02) in sixth.
2022 Indoor Track & Field: Debuted for the Raiders as a freshman by becoming the team's first indoor All-American in both the pentathlon and the high jump ... Placed fourth in the pentathlon (3,413) and sixth in the high jump (5-6) at the NAIA Indoor Championships.
Personal: Born on March 17, 2001 in McCall, Idaho ... Has a 4-year-old son, Wilson ... Parents, Becky and Paul, both competed in track and field at Jamestown University (N.D.) ... Younger brother, Eli, is a member of the Oregon Tech track and field team, and younger sister, Ali, plays basketball at SOU ... Attained a bachelor's degree in health and exercise science and is pursing a master's of science in education with a public health concentration.
Prior to SOU: Attended University of Sioux Falls (S.D.) in 2019-20, when her freshman season was canceled due to COVID-19.
High School: Graduated in 2019 from West Allis Nathan Hale High (Wis.).
