2025 Track and Field: Became a two-time NAIA All-American after a seventh-place finish in the 10K and an eighth-place finish in the 5K at the NAIA Outdoor Championships – becoming just the second woman in program history to earn All-America status in the latter event … Posted a 10K time of 35:43.62 in her All-American effort, improving upon her No. 2 spot on SOU’s all-time performance list … At nationals, ran 17:39.29 for the 5K prelim and followed it up with her second fastest time ever of 17:15.97 in the final … Earned All-Conference honors and placed runner-up in the 5K with a time of 17:35.86 at the Cascade Conference Championships … Finished fifth in the 1,500 at the CCC Championsips with a time of 4:43.27, taking over the No. 6 spot on SOU’s all-time performance list … An NAIA Scholar Athlete and member of the Academic All-Cascade Conference team … Became the second fastest woman in SOU history for 5K with a time of 17:02.83 after an eighth-place finish at the Oregon State High Performance meet … Took seventh and ran an SOU No. 2 time in her 10K debut at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic with a time of 36:23.81 … Opened up her season at the LCC Open, winning the 1,500 (4:50.23) and placing second in the 800 (2:26.84) … Earned a third-place finish in the 5K at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (17:23.32).
2024 Cross Country: Attained NAIA All-America status and the first Raider across the line at the NAIA Championships, placing 32nd in a 6K personal best of 21:41.8 … Placed second at the CCC Championships 22:13.4, leading SOU to a second-place finish in team scoring … Earned NAIA Scholar Athlete and Academic All-Cascade Conference status … Finished runner up at the Emerald City Open (23:02.1), third at the Jim Hunt Humboldt Invitational (22:46.0), and 12th at the Linfield George Oja Invitational (21:47) … Placed 9th in her season debut at the Stump Invitational in a cross country 5K personal best of 17:47.7.
2024 Track & Field: Ended her true freshman season as the 10th-place finisher in the 5,000 meters at the NAIA Outdoor Championships ... Posted the seventh-fastest qualifying time in the prelims (17:41.02) after entering the meet as the No. 7 seed ... Got to the national meet by taking over the No. 5 spot on SOU's all-time 5K performance list with a mark of 17:36.98 in a ninth-place effort at the Oregon State High Performance Meet ... Placed sixth at the CCC Championships in the 5K with a time of 18:10.02 ... Recorded two season-bests at the Raider Invitational: 2:23.78 in the 800 and 4:51.89 in the 1,500.
2023 Cross Country: Attained All-Cascade Conference status as a freshman by placing 14th of 72 at the CCC Championships with a season-best 6K time of 22:38.2, helping the Raiders finish second as a team ... Was the third scorer for SOU's eighth-place squad at the NAIA Championships with a time of 23:24.1 that put her in 81st place among a field of 334 runners ... Placed 32nd of 288 at the Blazing Tiger Classic (22:51.4) ... Had a season-best 5K time of 20:27.4 in a runner-up performance at the Jessup Invitational a week after debuting with a fourth-place finish at the Humboldt Invitational (23:44.1, 6K).

High School: Graduated in 2023 from Elmira High ... As a senior at the OSAA Class 3A Track and Field Championships, placed second in the 3K (10:33.79) and third in the 1,500 (4:51.65) ... Placed 17th as a junior at the 4A Cross Country Championships.
