SOU Career:  Member of the Conference Champion team... Ran as the No. three runner at Cross Country Nationals... helped the team to finish 3rd place... Qualified for Nationals in track in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 31:36... All-Conference performer in the 10k.



Previous College - Ran cross country at Pacific Union College... First-team All-conference... Also participated in track and cross country at Shasta College for two years... League champion in five track events... Voted track team MVP.

Prep - Participated in track, cross country and basketball at Redding Adventist Academy... Voted track and cross country team MVP as a senior... League champion in two track events... All-conference basketball selection as a senior.

Personal - Born November 11, 1987 in Portland, Ore. ... Health and Physical Education major.
