Biography
2019 Track: Named to the Academic All-Cascade Conference team… Did not compete.
2018 XC: Placed 36th of 340 at the NAIA Championships by running 18:10.5 on the 5K course – making her the third scorer for a Raider team that established a new program best by finishing fourth in the women’s standings, and joined with the men for the combined NAIA title… Earned All-Cascade Conference status by placing sixth of 74 at the CCC Championships in 18:11.9, helping the Raiders to second in the team standings… Paced the team in the final three races of the regular season, placing 41st of 251 at the Capital Cross Challenge (22:18.8, 6K), fifth of 216 at the Lewis & Clark Invitational (21:41.5, 6K) and fifth of 97 at the William Jessup Invite (17:59.7, 5K).
2017 Track: Ran the 5K at the CCC Championships and placed 10th in 18:34.45… Recorded her best 5K time of the season, 18:29.47, at the Sacramento State Hornet Invite.
2016 XC: Was the fifth scorer for SOU at the NAIA Championships – where the Raiders matched a program-best effort by placing seventh in the team standings – and placed 141st of 334 overall in 19:08.9 on the 5K course in Elsah, Illinois… At the Cascade Conference Championships, placed 27th of 78 in 20:10.8 and was SOU’s fifth scorer… Made her collegiate debut at Western Oregon’s Ash Creek Invitational, placing 20th of 103 in 18:32.6.
High School: Graduated in 2016 from Fountain Fort-Carson High, where she earned Academic All-State accolades three times… Posted a personal best of 19:41 in the 5K for cross country… In track and field, finished second in the conference in the 3,200 meters, second in the 4x800 and third in the mile (5:30 PR).
Personal: Born on Sept. 27, 1997 in Fountain, Colorado… The daughter of Cynthia and Martin… Has a younger brother, Kirk, and a younger sister, Aurora… Attends the Oregon Health and Science University School of Nursing on the SOU campus.
