Biography
2017 Outdoor Track: Raced to a runner-up finish at the Cascade Conference Championships in the 3K steeplechase in 11:31.60 after coming in with the CCC’s No. 4 time, earning all-conference honors for the first time in her career… Established a steeplechase PR of 11:28.34 while capturing 3rd place at the Raider Invitational, and at the same meet helped SOU’s 4x800 team to a win in 9:30.82… Recorded her top 1,500 time of the season, 4:59.98, in placing 5th at the Chico State Twilight… Named to the Academic All-CCC team again.
2016 Cross Country: A fall Academic All-Cascade Conference team member… Was SOU’s fourth scorer in a seventh-place team showing at the NAIA Championships, finishing 125th of 334 overall in 19:01.7 on the North Farms Cross Country Course… Took 26th of 78 overall at the CCC Championships in 20:08.7… Placed 15th of 69 at the William Jessup Warrior Invitational in 18:50.5, her top 5K time of the season.
2016 Track: Ran a leg for the 4x800-meter relay team that broke an SOU record with a time of 9:18.88 on April 23 at the Raider Invitational, and later placed 16th at the NAIA Championships in Gulf Shores, Ala., with a preliminary time of 9:28.36 on May 26... Scored for the Raiders at the Cascade Conference Championships with a fifth-place showing in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (12:05.88) on May 13 in Hermiston, and also placed 11th in the 800 (2:24.97)... Recorded season-bests of 2:21.63 in the 800 (April 2, S.F. State Distance Carnival), 4:53.94 in the 1,500 (April 9, Chico State Twilight) and 11:34.37 in the steeple (March 19, Sacramento State Invitational).
2015 Cross Country: Finished 37th of 68 runners at the Cascade Conference Championships on Nov. 7 in Salem, running Corban's 5K course in 20:12.5 to become SOU's fifth scorer... Ran at the NAIA Championships for a Raider team that was 14th overall on Nov. 21 in Charlotte, N.C., and placed 182nd in 20:09.4 on the 5K course... Made her SOU debut on Sept. 18 at the CCC Preview Meet in Salem, finishing 12th of 58 overall in 19:57.7.
Personal: Born on Oct. 12, 1996 in Kelowna, British Columbia... Graduated in 2015 from Century High... Majoring in biology.
