2024 Track & Field: Placed 21st in the 5,000 meters at the NAIA Outdoor Championships with a time of 38:50.15 ... Took over the No. 4 spot on SOU's all-time 10K performance list with a time of 36:59.97 that gave her fifth place at the Oregon State High Performance Meet and landed her at No. 15 on the NAIA performance list ... Ran the 5K at the Cascade Conference Championships and placed 10th in 19:07.20 ... Had a season-best 5K of 17:48.55 in a runner-up effort at the Larry Byerly Invite ... Won the 1,500 at the Raider Invitational and posted her fastest time in that event, 4:45.41, at the Humboldt Invitational ... Had a season-best 800 mark of 2:22.91.

2023 Cross Country: Earned All-Cascade Conference status in her first season with the Raiders by placing 12th of 72 at the CCC Championships with a 6K time of 22:24.3 for the second-place Raiders ... Helped SOU to eighth place as the team's fourth scorer at the NAIA Championships in 100th place of 334 with a time of 23:35.0 ... Ran a season-best 6K at the Blazing Tiger Classic in 22:24.3 to take 19th in a 288-person field ... Ran her only 5K in 21:12.5 at the Jessup Invitational to place sixth.

Prior to SOU: Competed from 2021-23 at Lane Community College, where she won the title at the NWAC Cross Country Championships as a sophomore with a 5k PR of 18:23.4 after placing second at the NWAC Southern Region meet ... Was also the NWAC Southern Region runner-up as a sophomore and went on to place 12th at the NWAC Championships.

Personal: Majoring in health and exercise science.

High School: Graduated in 2021 from North Medford High.
