2017 Outdoor Track: Became a track All-American for the first time and SOU’s top finisher in the 10K in NAIA Championships history by placing 6^th with a time of 31:37.51. The next day, he placed 17^th overall in the 5K (15:34.07)… On the season, established new personal bests in three events: the 1,500 (4:02.31 at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational), the 5K (14:53.81 at the OSU High Performance Meet) and the 10K (31:01.84 at the S.F. State Distance Carnival). On the NAIA lists he ranked 8^th in the 10K and 20^th in the 5K, and on the CCC lists he ranked 1^st in the 5K and the 10K and 12^th in the 1,500… Placed 8^th in the 5K at the CCC Championships in Ashland.

2016 Cross Country: Was the Raiders’ only All-American as they captured their second national title at the NAIA Championships, leading the way in 16^th place with an 8K time of 24:59.8… Finished as the runner-up at the Cascade Conference Championships out of 80 overall runners in pushing SOU to its ninth straight title with a time of 26:22.2… Picked up a win on Oct. 15 at the Lewis & Clark Invite, topping a 97-person field with an 8K time of 25:28.

2016 Track: Season culminated with an eighth-place showing in the 5K (15:03.76) at the Cascade Conference Championships on May 14 in Salem… Established new PRs in the 1,500 (4:04.36, March 19 at the Sac State Invitational) and the 5K (14:55.92, April 1 at the S.F. State Distance Carnival).

2015 Cross Country: Became an All-Cascade Conference performer with a fourth-place finish at the CCC Championships on Nov. 7 in Salem, completing Corban University’s 8K course in 26:03.8 to help SOU win its eighth straight title… Fell ill along with many of his teammates at the NAIA Championships on Nov. 21 in Charlotte, N.C., but still competed and was 143rd overall in 26:54.2 as the Raiders’ fourth scorer… Also took fifth at the Lewis & Clark Invite (25:14.9), 18th at the S.F. State Invitational (25:21) and third at the CCC Preview Meet (26:33.2).

2015 Track: Placed fifth overall at the Cascade Conference Championships in the 10,000-meter race with a time of 33:00.19…. Took 16th in the CCC 5K in 16:12.93... At the San Francisco State Carnival in early April, set a 10K PR of 31:37.34… Placed first at the SOU Raider Open with a PR in the 5K of 15:16.41.

2014 Cross Country: Finished 19th at the Cascade Conference Championships, completing the 8K Fernhill Park course in 25:39... Was the 108th finisher at the NAIA Championships in 26:34.6 at Rim Rock Farm.

2014 Track: Registered an 800-meter personal best time of 2:04.92 at the Titan Twilight.

2013 Cross Country: Redshirted.

Personal: Born on Dec. 20, 1994 in West Linn, Ore… A 2013 graduate of West Linn High… The son of Carma and Chris; has an older sister, Sheena Roston, and an older brother, Chase… Majoring in financial mathematics.
