2009-2010:  Team Captain and Conference Champion... Lead the team to a second consecutive conference crown... Placed 7th Nationally, earning All-American honors... Lead team to 3rd place National finish... Red-Shirted outdoor track.


2008-09 - Earned All-Conference honors in cross country with an 11th place finish ... Finished 47th at NAIA National Championships ... Set a Cascade Conference record in the 10,000 by winning the event in 31:18.95 ... Finished 15th at NAIA Track and Field Championships in the 10,000.

SOU Career - Named All-Conference in 2007 and 2008 for cross country ... Helped 2008 cross country team to a Cascade Conference Championship and a fourth place finish at the NAIA Nationals.

Prep - Competed in track and field at Central Catholic High School ... Finished fifth at the State Championships.
