2026 Outdoor Track and Field: Earned a seventh-place finish in the 800 at the CCC Championships (1:55.36) … Placed 18th and posted an 800 personal best of 1:53.61 at the Oregon State High Performance meet … Ran the second leg of the men’s fifth-place 4x400 meter relay team (3:29.84) at the CCC Championships … Placed third in the 800 (1:55.71) at the Raider Invitational … Finished in a 1,500 season’s best of 3:59.09 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.

2026 Indoor Track and Field: Ran the 800 leg for the SOU men’s distance medley team at the NAIA Indoor Championships (13th, 10:10.40) and Whitworth Invite (1st, 10:05.97) … Posted a 4:31.10 mile at the Nevada Wolfpack Classic.

2025 Cross Country: As a true freshman, finished as SOU’s fourth scorer at both championship meets … Placed 129th at the NAIA Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 26:08 … Placed 44th at the Cascade Conference Championships with a personal best time of 25:50.5 … In his Raider debut, finished 15th (26:30.2) at the Jim Hunt Humboldt Invitational.

High School: Graduated in 2025 from McMinnville High … As a senior, placed fourth at the OSAA State Track and Field Championships in the 800 with a personal best time of 1:54.59  … Earned a fifth-place finish in the 1,500 at the same state meet (3:59.58) … Finished second in the 1,500 at the Nike/Jesuit Relays, setting a new PB of 3:54.38 … Ran a 3K PB of 8:51.88 to win the Jim Barks Grizzly Bear Open … After graduation, ran 1:53.68 for 800 at the Portland Track Festival … Racked up nine wins on the track his senior year, including the 6A-3 Pacific Conference 800-meter title (1:54.82) … Placed fifth and posted a 5K PB of 15:52 at the Meriwether CC Classic.
