2026 Outdoor Track and Field: Became an All-Cascade Conference performer after running a personal best and taking third (1:53.77) in the 800 at the Cascade Conference Championships … Earned an eighth-place finish in the 1,500 (4:03.77) in the same meet … Won the 1,500 (3:57.41) at the Raider Invitational … Took second and set a 1,500 personal best of 3:53.27 at the PNW Invite … Ran a 5K PB (14:55.17) at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.

2026 Indoor Track and Field: Ran the 1200 leg for the SOU men’s distance medley team at the NAIA Indoor Championships (13th, 10:10.40) and Whitworth Invite (1st, 10:05.97) … Placed 10th of 41 in the mile (4:20.96) at the Nevada Wolfpack Classic

2025 Cross Country: Became an All-Cascade Conference performer as a true freshman by placing seventh at the Cascade Conference Championships with an 8K time of 24:41.9 … SOU’s third scorer at the NAIA Cross Country Championships where he finished 70th of 326 in 25:36 … Ran an 8K personal best of 24:40 to take 57th at the Highlander Invitational … Placed third in his Raider debut at the Simpson XC Invitational (26:58.8) … Finished fourth (25:43.2) at the Jim Hunt Humboldt Invitational and 37th (24:51.3) at the 50th Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational.

High School: Graduated in 2025 from McDaniel High … As a senior, placed 16th and ran 15:44 for 5K at the OSAA 6A State Cross Country Championships … Earned a fifth place finish in the 800 (1:55.75) at the OSAA 6A Track and Field Championships as a junior … Placed eighth in the 1,500 (4:00.84), 11th in the 800 prelims (1:57.22), and 12th in the 4x400 relay at the 2025 state championships… A three-time 6A-1 Interscholastic League champion … Took second with a personal best time of 15:44 at the Oregon City XC Invitational … Posted a 3,000 personal best of 8:42.03, placing 11th at the Sherwood Need For Speed Classic … Ran 9:17.27 for 3,200 and took 11th at the Nike/Jesuit Relays … Won 14 races on the track his senior year.
