2017 Outdoor Track: Posted a 5K season best of 17:20.66 at the S.F. State Distance Carnival that ranked 9^th on the NAIA list and 5^th on the Cascade Conference list… Placed 17^th overall in the 5K at the NAIA Championships, and 5^th at the CCC Championships with a time of 17:57.87… Was the 1,500-meter runner-up at the CCC Championships with a new personal best of 4:40.85, earning all-conference track honors for the first time… Won the mile race at the Raider Invitational in 5:09.24… Made the Academic All-CCC list again.

2017 Indoor Track: Became an NAIA All-American for the third time by helping SOU’s distance medley relay team – for which she ran the 800-meter leg – place 2nd at the NAIA Indoor Championships in 11:53.97. It was the best-ever finish for an SOU women’s relay team at a national meet… Established a mile PR of 5:04.04 at the University of Washington Open.

2016 Cross Country: On Nov. 19 at the NAIA Championships, gave the Raiders two All-Americans at the same meet (along with Jessa Perkinson) for the first time by placing 24^th of 334 in the 5K with a time of 17:46.1, which also helped the Raiders to 7^th place as a team – matching their best finish ever… Placed 19^th of 78 at the Cascade Conference Championships on Nov. 5 in Salem with a 5K time of 19:41.5 as SOU’s 2^nd finisher… Placed 6^th of 69 on Oct. 22 at William Jessup’s Warrior Invitational with a time of 18:07… Named to the Academic All-CCC team.

2016 Outdoor Track: Competed at the NAIA Outdoor Championships as a true freshman by running a leg on SOU's 4x800 team, which broke the school record (9:18.88) on April 23 at the Raider Invitational and was 16th overall on May 26 at the national meet... Posted season-bests of 2:18.98 in the 800 (April 2, S.F. State Distance Carnival) and 4:42.00 in the 1,500 (April 30, Mt. Hood Track Festival)... Placed ninth at the CCC Championships with a time of 4:46.47 in the 1,500 on May 14 in Hermiston.

2016 Indoor Track: Earned All-America accolades as a true freshman at the NAIA Indoor Championships, running the 1,200-meter portion for SOU's distance medley relay team, which was fifth overall (the top finish for any women's relay team in Raider history at a national meet) in 12:03.30 on March 5 in Johnson City, Tenn. 

2015 Cross Country: Was SOU's third finisher at the NAIA Championships and 90th place overall (19:06.6, 5K) as the Raiders placed 14th as a team on Nov. 21 in Charlotte, N.C... Also SOU's third placer and 18th overall at the Cascade Conference Championships (19:32.3, 5K) on Nov. 7 in Salem... Was 10th overall at the CCC Preview Meet in 19:44.4 on Sept. 18 in Salem.

Personal: Born on July 30, 1997 in Anchorage, Alaska... Graduated in 2015 from West Anchorage High, which won cross country state titles during her junior and senior seasons... Still works with Special Olympics Alaska... Parents are Teresa and Kevin; has an older sister, Denali, and an older brother, Olin... Majoring in communications.
