2025 Track and Field: Ran a 5K personal best of 15:39.64 at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational … Took second in the 10K (33:12.66) at the Linfield Invitational … Made his Raider debut at the Wildcat Invite, posting a PB in the 800 (2:06.99) and season’s best in the 1,500 (4:14.71).
2024 Cross Country: SOU’s fourth scorer as a true freshman at the CCC Championships, where he placed 49th of 95 in 27:13.2… Recorded an 8K personal best of 26:54.2 at the Linfield George Oja Invitational … Finished 22nd at the Jim Hunt Humboldt Invitational (27:29.4).
High School: Graduated in 2024 from North Medford High ... During his senior cross country season, finished as placed eighth at the Southwest Conference Championships (16:46.3, 5K) and 49th at the OSAA Class 6A Championships (16:50.8) ... Posted a 5K cross country PR of 15:50.7 at the Rose City Championships ... In track and field, had PRs of 4:13.93 in the 1,500, 9:16.02 in the 3K and 16:26.33 in the 5K.
