Prior to SOU: Played the 2014 and '15 seasons at College of the Siskiyous (Calif.)... Led his team in interceptions as a freshman and as a sophomore, and was a first-team All-NorCal selection on defense both seasons... Also sprinted and jumped for the COS track and field teams, posting PRs of 10.83 in the 100, 22.09 in the 200, 5-11 1/2 in the high jump and 22-7 3/4 in the long jump.

Personal: Born on Oct. 16, 1992 in Newport News, Va... Graduated in 2011 from Spanaway Lake High (Wash.), where he lettered in football (All-SPSL offense, defense and special teams), basketball (All-SPSL first team) and track and field (4x100-meter relay state champion)... The son of Beverly and Monroe; has one brother, Marques, and one sister, Kemba... Majoring in psychology.
