2016: Was granted a medical-redshirt in December after sustaining a season-ending injury in SOU's second game... Opened the year with a 33-for-50, 360-yard, three-touchdown performance in a loss at Eastern Oregon... On Sept. 10 at NCAA FCS opponent UC Davis, the game in which he was injured, totaled 428 passing yards and three TDs on 25-for-51 accuracy but was picked off four times.

2015: A second-team All-Frontier Conference quarterback... Took over the starting job after a breakout performance in the second game of the season, when he led the Raiders back from a 21-point deficit in the third quarter to a 38-35 win over Eastern Oregon by completing 17 of 20 passes for 173 yards and rushing 14 times for 116 yards and three touchdowns... Set SOU quarterback records with 866 rushing yards (5.9 per carry) and 12 rushing TDs... Passed for 2,841 yards, the fourth-most in SOU single-season history, by completing 239 of 375 attempts (63.7%) for 16 TDs and just eight interceptions... Completed 26 of 32 attempts for a season-high 365 yards and three TDs (to go with 90 rushing yards and one TD) in the NAIA Championship Series opening round against Kansas Wesleyan on Nov. 21; established a new season-high by passing for 391 yards in the NAIA semifinals at top-ranked Morningside, where he passed for one score and rushed for two more, including a go-ahead 5-yard TD rush with 1:15 to play... Had a season-long pass of 60 yards that went for a TD to Matt Retzlaff in the NAIA quarterfinals at second-ranked Baker.

Prior to SOU: Went to Cal Poly out of high school and redshirted the 2012 season... Transferred to American River College, where as a sophomore in 2014 he totaled 2,268 passing yards on 62-percent accuracy.

Personal: Born on Aug. 2, 1994... A graduate of Folsom High, where he broke state and section records by completing 360 of 527 passes for 5,185 yards and 49 touchdowns during his senior season to earn Max Preps State Div. II Player of the Year accolades... The son of Anthony and Evelyn... Majoring in communications.
