2015: Served as the backbone of SOU's defense in its inaugural season... Was one of three players to start all 17 games and led the team in total minutes with 1,488 -- an average of 88 per game... Scored his first goal as a Raider in the season-opener, Aug. 26 at Sierra Nevada, and scored his second goal in SOU's first ever Cascade Conference win, Sept. 18 against Walla Walla... Played all 95 minutes of SOU's first shutout, a 1-0 win at William jessup on Sept. 5, and played all 109 minutes of the season finale against Great Falls.

Prior to SOU: Played for Raiders head coach Biniam Afenegus at Clark College in 2012 and '13... As a sophomore he helped the team to an appearance in the NWAC title game and was an all-conference selection... Was a volunteer soccer coach at Estacada High for two seaosons.

Personal: Born on Aug. 26, 1993 in Clackamas, Ore... Graduated in 2011 from Estacada, where he set the school's career assists record (55) and had 15 goals with 30 assists as a senior for first-team all-state and Tri-Valley League Player of the Year honors... Parents are Johnnie Workman (who was a goalkeeper for George Fox University's 1988 NAIA championship team), Vickie Workman, and Christy Gardener... Majoring in health and physical education.
