2023 Track & Field: Repeated as a member of the Academic All-Cascade Conference team ... Underscored a breakout year by nearly claiming All-America status, placing 10th in the 10K at the NAIA Championships with a PR time of 37:17.16 as the No. 18 seed in the race ... Became an All-Cascade Conference performer in the 5K with a runner-up time of 17:59.03 at the CCC Championships, and two weeks earlier registered a 5K PR of 17:52.39 for second place at the OSU High Performance Meet ... Earned a spot at the NAIA Outdoor Championships by running the 10K in 37:24.97 for 15th place at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, a time that put her at No. 21 on the national performance list.

2022 Cross Country: Earned All-Cascade Conference status by placing ninth at the CCC Championships with a 19:17.6 5K, helping the Raiders to second in the team standings ... Went on to place 83rd of 326 as the second scorer at the NAIA Championships for the ninth-place Raiders, recording her fastest 5K time (18:43.2) of the season ... Received Academic All-CCC team recognition. 

2021 Cross Country: A member of the Academic All-Cascade Conference team ... Was the Raiders' fourth scorer at the CCC Championships, placing 23rd of 73 total runners at Running Y Ranch with a 5K time of 20:43.6 ... At the NAIA Championships, placed 154th of 340 as the third finisher for SOU's 18th-place team with a time of 19:58.3 ... Took 14th of 88 at the William Jessup Warrior Invite 5K in 18:41.5.

2019: Redshirted.

Personal: Majoring in criminal justice.

High School: Graduated in 2019 from John F. Kennedy High ... Won the 2018 OSAA Class 3A/2A/1A state cross country championship after placing eighth as a freshman and fifth as a sophomore and junior ... In track and field, was the 3,000-meter runner-up at the OSAA Class 2A Championships as a junior and third-place finisher as a senior.
