2024 Track & Field: Qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters and entered as the No. 24 seed after posting an 'A' standard time of 30:59.79 in his only regular-season attempt at the race in the Oregon State High Performance Meet ... Placed 30th in the NAIA 10K (32:12.21) ... Won the 5K at the Raider Invitational with a season-best time of 15:17.18 on April 19, and won the 3K at the Oregon Tech Open in 9:02.11 ... Missed most of the season due to injury.
2023 Cross Country: Finished as SOU's third scorer at the Cascade Conference Championships, placing 18th of 89 with an 8K time of 25:22.7 ... Ran a season-best 8K of 25:18.7 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational ... Had a season-best finish of fourth place at the Jessup Invitational (26:08.5).
Prior to SOU: Competed from 2021-23 at Mt. San Antonio College (Calif.) and became an All-American ... As a sophomore cross country runner, placed 14th at the California Community College Athletic Association Championships to help Mt. SAC to a state title after placing 12th at the SoCal Championships ... In track and field, placed ninth at the 2023 CCCAA Championships in the 10K with a time of 32:52.62 ...
