2022 Track & Field: Earned All-Cascade Conference honors by finishing third in the 10K at the CCC Championships with a one-minute PR of 31:26.59, which met the NAIA 'B' standard and put him at No. 36 on the national performance list ... Notched a 1,500 PR of 4:00.16 at the Chico Invite, and a 5K PR of 15:00.09 a week later at the OSU High Performance Meet.
2021 Cross Country: An NAIA Scholar Athlete and repeat member of the Academic All-Cascade Conference team ... Was SOU's fourth scorer in 105th place at the NAIA Championships with an 8K time of 26:48.9 in Vancouver, Wash. ... Finished 17th at the CCC Championships, just two spots removed from all-conference status, in 26:09.7 at Running Y Ranch ... Recorded a season-best 8K of 25:17.4 at the Lewis & Clark Invite for 47th place in a 325-person field.
