2019 Track: Ran a season-best in the 1,5000 at the Raider Invitational, placing sixth in 5:16.00… A week earlier at the John Knight Twilight, ran the 800 in 2:30.01 for sixth place.
2018 XC: In her first appearance at the Cascade Conference Championships, placed 29th of 74 overall with a time of 19:08.2 on the 5K course… Ran the William Jessup Invitational 5K in 18:58.3 for 31st of 99... Posted a 6K time of 23:02.4 at the Lewis & Clark Invite for 31st of 126.
High School: Graduated in 2018 from North Medford High… Earned first-team all-Southwest Conference honors eight times in track and field across the 400, 4x400 relay and triple jump, and helped her 4x400 team to two seventh-place finishes at the state meet… As a first-time cross country runner in 2018, placed sixth at the SWC Championships for first-team accolades… Also lettered in basketball and volleyball, and in hoops was named NMHS’s top defender three years in a row… Participated in leadership across three years and received Torch Honors from 2015-18.
Personal: Born on Sept. 4, 1999 in Medford, Oregon… The daughter of Jenny and Troy Hamilton… Majoring in pre-nursing.
