Winston Jones is in his second season as an assistant for the SOU Women's Basketball Program.
A 2020 graduate of Ashland High School, Jones played for the Grizz basketball team for four years. Following graduation, Jones spent two seasons as an assistant coach for his alma mater and was part of the staff that led the Grizzlies to a sixth place finish at the OSAA 5A state championships - the first trophy for Ashland since 1986.
Jones graduated from SOU in 2024 with a Communication/Social Media and Public Engagement degree and Health/Physical Education minor. He also works with the SOU Football program and is part of the SOU Athletic Department Game Management team.
Jones was born August 10, 2001 to Don and Julie Jones and has two sisters - Natalie and Stella.
