High School: Graduated in 2019 from Churchill High and attended Marist as a freshman, leaving with a 3.9 GPA and an honors diploma… Named to the all-state second team and first-team all-league after helping the Lancers to the OSAA Class 5A title game and leading the team in assists for the second year in a row… Also a first-team all-league selection as a junior and earned honorable mention as a sophomore… Was a member of the National Honor Society… Volunteered with the LIONS Medical Group to help schools provide medical screenings to students, and at Cascade Manor Retirement Facility in the health care center.

Personal: Born on Dec. 4, 2000 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina… The daughter of Kate and Brian Young… Has three older brothers, Peter, Mitchell and Matthew, and a younger sister, Abigail… Intends to major in pre-physical therapy.
