2023 Track & Field: Earned an automatic spot at the NAIA Outdoor Championships by posting a mark of 133-11 in the javelin -- the best of her career my a margin of nine feet at that point -- at the Cascade Conference Championships to placed fourth as the No. 13 seed ... Placed 16th at the NAIA meet with a javelin throw of 129-9 ... Broke 120 feet for the first time at the Raider Invitational (121-10).

2022 Soccer: Collected All-Cascade Conference honorable mention plaudits for the second consecutive season at midfield ... A member of the Academic All-CCC team ... Totaled three goals and two assists, and had the second three-point game of her career with a goal and an assist on Oct. 21 against Bushnell ... Was one of five Raiders to start all 19 games ... Generated 26 shots, ranking second on the team, and put 10 on goal.

2022 Track & Field: Made her debut for the Raider track and field team and qualified for the Cascade Conference Championships in the javelin, placing 20th overall ... Had season-best throws of 121-7 in the javelin and 88-4 in the hammer.

2021 Soccer: Received All-Cascade Conference honorable mention as a midfielder ... Ranked second on the team in points with three goals and a team-high five assists ... Played in all 19 games, getting 16 starts, and put eight of her 19 shots on target ... Logged assists in three consecutive games in October, and at one points had two goals and four assists during a six-game stretch in which the Raiders went 5-1 in conference play.

Spring 2021: Earned Academic All-Cascade Conference recognition ... Appeared in seven of SOU's 10 games and made three starts as a midfielder.

High School: Graduated in 2019 from Prairie High as a perennial scholar athlete ... Was a first-team all-conference center midfielder as a senior for a team that placed fourth in the state, and landed on the second team as a junior ... Won league championships all four years ... Was also a thrower on the track and field team, placing seventh in the state in the javelin.
