Biography
2017 Outdoor Track: Ran a season-best 800 time of 2:03.37 at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational… Finished 11th in the 400 at the Humboldt State Border Battle with a season-best time of 53.22.
2016 Cross Country: Placed 46th of 108 overall at the Ash Creek Invitational in his Raider XC debut, running 6,300 meters in 21:04.1… Had a season-best 8K time of 27:19.6 at the William Jessup Warrior Invitational, placing 32nd of 69.
2016 Track: Ran a leg for SOU's 4x400-meter relay team, which clinched the Raiders' team title at the Cascade Conference Championships with a second-place finish (3:22.50) in the final race of the meet on May 14 in Hermiston... Also ran a leg on the 4x800 team that won the Raider Invitaional (7:52.64) on April 22... Posted season-bests of 51.20 in the 400 (April 30, Mt. Hood Track Festival) and 1:58.48 in the 800 (March 19, Sacramento State Invitational).
2015 Cross Country: Redshirted.
High School:Â Graduated in 2015 from Mountain View High, where he was an honorable mention all-state runner in cross country and also lettered in track and basketball.
Personal: Born on Nov. 18, 1996 in Portland, Ore... The son of Kerri and Jon; has two brothers, Derek and Jordan, and two sisters, Shelbi and Jeanine... Majoring in biology.
