The Southern Oregon volleyball team wrapped up the Cascade Conference's second seed with a 25-22, 25-15, 25-19 victory over Concordia tonight in Portland.
The Raiders wrap up the regular season 19-9 overall and 17-3 in Cascade Conference play. Concordia falls to 17-12 overall and 13-7 in conference action.
SOU travels to the league's No. 1 seed, the College of Idaho, for next Friday and Saturday's Cascade Conference Postseason Tournament semifinals and finals. The winner of the conference tournament advances to the NAIA National Tournament.

Leanne Stennett (Encinitas, Calif./San Dieguito) continued her impressive late season play with 13 kills and eight digs. Freshman
Sarah Holgen (Honolulu, Hawaii/Ashland) finished with nine kills and 13 digs. Sophomore
Maggie Rivers (Salem, Ore./McNary) finished with 13 digs and junior
Dolores Christensen (Paradise, Calif./Paradise) had 10 digs.
Stennett single-handedly put the match out of reach in the third set. After Concordia had cut the lead to 12-8, Stennett banged home three straight kills to give SOU a 15-8 lead. After a bad set by the Cavs, Stennett had back-to-back kills to give the Raiders an 18-8 lead and they would roll to victory.
