The 16th-ranked Southern Oregon volleyball team won their third straight match with a 25-12, 25-16, 25-19 sweep of Northwest Christian tonight in Eugene.

Southern Oregon improved to 12-2 overall and 6-1 in Cascade Conference play. The Raiders travel to Corban Saturday night. Northwest Christian dropped to 4-10 overall and 0-6 in conference play.

Leanne Stennett (Encinitas, Calif./San Dieguito) and Chelsea Hartman (Lebanon, Ore./Lebanon) led the SOU attack. Stennett finished with 11 kills, while Hartman had nine kills and no errors.

SOU did their best to put the match out of reach in the first set, by hitting .375 and holding NWC to a -.133 attack percentage. The Raiders ended up hitting a season-best .360 for the match.

Corynn Jorgensen (Roseburg, Ore./Roseburg) finished with 12 digs for the Raiders and Becky Johnstone (Lake Arrowhead, Calif./Rim of the World) had 10 digs.
