The 14th-ranked Southern Oregon volleyball team rebounded from a lackluster first set to score a 25-22, 25-15, 25-9 victory over Northwest Christian tonight at McNeal Pavilion.
Southern Oregon improved to 10-2 overall and stayed perfect in Cascade Conference play at 7-0. Northwest Christian dropped to 4-8 overall and 1-5 in conference play.

Sarah Holgen (Honolulu, Hawaii/Ashland) led all players with 14 kills and just two errors. Senior
Lindsey Stone (Ashland, Ore./Ashland) finished with a match-high 35 assists and junior
Lauren Swetland (Cottonwood, Calif./West Valley) had five of SOU's 13 blocks.
Southern Oregon committed 10 errors and hit -.100 in the first set, but still managed to claim a 25-22 victory.
After that Southern, started to roll.
The Raiders committed just one error in the second set and hit .538 as a team and then hit a season-best .542 in the third set to claim their fourth-straight sweep.
Leanne Stennett (Encinitas, Calif./San Dieguito) led all players with nine digs, while sophomore
Natalie Scheller (Bend, Ore./Bend) added eight digs and six kills.
Janel Fetters led Northwest Christian with 12 kills and three digs.
