HAVRE, Mont. – The top-ranked Southern Oregon wrestling team picked up its second road victory over a top-10 team in as many days as the Raiders defeated No. 7 Montana State-Northern 27-18 Friday night.
The win improves the Raiders' dual record to 2-1 this season. Southern Oregon returns to action Sunday, when the Raiders will compete at the Spokane Open in Spokane, Wash.

Mitchell Lofstedt (Roseburg, Ore./Roseburg) set the tone for SOU with a pin of MSUN's Riley Miller in 2:15 in the 125-pound weight class, and
Miguel Baltazar (Culver, Ore./Culver) won the 133-pound class by forfeit.
The Lights took three of the next four bouts, including an upset in the 165-pound class when Ethan Hinebauch pinned third-ranked
Derek Mestrovich (Boise, Idaho/Skyview) in 4:15. The Raiders closed out the dual with three wins in the final four bouts, including
Brian Lemmon (Heppner, Ore./)'s upset of No. 9 Jared Miller by fall in 3:50.
