SALEM – Corban junior Annouscka Kordom dropped in a pair of second-half goals to lead the Warriors to a 3-1 Cascade Conference victory over Southern Oregon on Friday at the CFC Soccer Complex.
Two minutes into the second half, Kordom went down in the box and was awarded with a penalty kick, which she converted to break a 1-1 tie. She padded the lead in the 57
th minute with her fourth goal of the season unassisted.
The Warriors went to 8-5-1 overall and 5-3-1 in the CCC, while SOU dipped to 5-5-2 and 2-3-2.

Maddie Casey accounted for SOU's goal, a 32-minute equalizer on which
Michala Denn and
Brionna Wood were credited with assists. It was Casey's second of 2019.
Skyla Vogelpohl assisted Chanel Garcia to give the Warriors the initial edge just over six minutes into the afternoon.
The Raiders had a 5-1 advantage in corner kicks during the second half but were only able to generate one shot on goal.
They're winless in three CCC road matches, but they'll get another chance at 3 p.m. Saturday at Northwest Christian, which fell to 1-8 in the CCC with a loss to Oregon Tech on Friday.
