ATHERTON, Calif. – Top-ranked Menlo (Calif.) handed the Southern Oregon women's wrestling team a 38-6 defeat on Wednesday night at Haynes-Prim Pavilion.
Anesia Ramirez pinned Lizette Young at 130 pounds in 1:48 for SOU's win. The Raiders got their other point when All-American 143-pounder dropped a tight 7-6 decision to Marilyn Garcia.
Three Oaks won by fall: Brittany Woods-Orrison (136), Iman Kazen (155) and Emily Sandoval (191).
The Raiders finished their dual schedule with a 9-8 record.
