RAIDER MEN'S SOCCER (7-1-0, 3-0-0 CCC)

4:30 p.m. Saturday – at Eastern Oregon (2-4-2, 2-2-0) | Stream | Stats

Headlines:
The Raiders' vote share increased in this week's NAIA coaches' poll and they're knocking on the door of the Top 25 at No. 28 overall. Positive results on what is shaping up to be their most challenging Cascade Conference road trip would likely give them the boost they need. College of Idaho is riding a five-game winning streak and is the only 4-0 team in circuit play, having shut out each of its CCC opponents by a combined score of 17-0 behind Jorge Fernandez (5 goals) and Eric Hornung (4 goals, 3 assists). That game will be a rematch of last year's CCC Tournament quarterfinal that SOU won 2-1 after losing to the Yotes at home in the regular season, and Saturday's game will give the Raiders a chance to extend their head-to-head unbeaten streak over Eastern Oregon, against which they are 7-0-1. Adrian Villegas (5 goals, 3 assists) has had goal involvements in six consecutive outings entering the weekend, while Evan Norconk (5 goals) has tallied in four of his last five. Both scored in last Friday's 5-1 romp against Corban; their postponed game against Bushnell has been rescheduled for Nov. 2 in Ashland.

RAIDER WOMEN'S SOCCER (4-3-2, 1-0-2 CCC)
5:30 p.m. Friday – at No. 17 College of Idaho (7-1-1, 3-0-0) | Stream | Stats
7 p.m. Saturday – at Eastern Oregon (4-0-3, 2-0-1) | Stream | Stats

Headlines:
Two CCC teams received votes in this week's NAIA coaches' poll – No. 17 College of Idaho and No. 27 Eastern Oregon – and the Raiders will visit both on a gauntlet of a trip. C of I, the favorite to win the conference title, ended SOU's season each of the last two years, returned nine starters from its 2022 NAIA Tournament team and has gotten 13 goals combined from sophomores Natasja Davis and Eden Makaafi. EOU was picked to finish third in the circuit and remains unbeaten on the season. The Raiders saved a 1-1 draw last Friday against Corban with Malaika Quigley's 62nd-minute equalizer, and their game the next day against Bushnell was rescheduled for Nov. 2 due to unhealthy air quality. Quigley leads the team with five goals, three of which have come in SOU's last two outings.

No. 16 RAIDER VOLLEYBALL (14-3, 7-2 CCC)
7 p.m. Friday – at Northwest (9-5, 6-3) | Stream | Stats
5 p.m. Saturday – at Evergreen (2-11, 2-7) | Stream | Stats

Headlines:
The Raiders got another one-spot bump to No. 16 in this week's NAIA Top 25, but they're going Friday to play a Northwest (Wash.) team that upset then-No. 1 Eastern Oregon at home two weeks ago. Evergreen (Wash.), SOU's opponent on Saturday, enters the weekend struggling, having collected its only victories against Walla Walla (Wash.) and Warner Pacific – two teams that have combined for one win. All three of the Raiders' losses have been against opponents currently among the top-12 in the rankings, the latest in five sets to then-No. 4 Corban on Saturday in Ashland. They led that match two-sets-to-one a night after defeating Bushnell in four behind Marin Mackey's 17 kills, 14 digs and five blocks. Mackey now ranks fourth in the CCC in kills per set (3.1), and the Raiders top the blocks leaderboard and rank third in the NAIA at 2.8 per set. Individually, Sadie Byrd's clip of 1.5 blocks per set is fourth best among all NAIA players.
