TOURNAMENT CENTRAL

ATHERTON, Calif. Lillian Gradillas-Flores won the 207-pound title and eight other Raiders were top-six placers in the Southern Oregon women's wrestling team's first outing of 2025-26 on Sunday at the Menlo Open.

Jade Morales (131) and Hadyn Stine (160) were finalists in their weight classes and Kat Hingano (180) took third for the No. 9-ranked Raiders in a stacked tournament. They got fifth-place finishes from Lia Ferreira (103) and Vida Boskovic (160), while Kaylee Annis (124), Eliza Goodwin (131) and Holland Wieber (145) took sixth.

Gradillas-Flores – an NAIA All-American as a freshman last year and the current No. 3-ranked individual at 180 – wrestled up from her usual weight class to go 4-0 with two pins and a technical fall. She finished the run by taking a 9-4 decision from Menlo's Keana Valle in the final.

Morales pinned her first three opponents at 131 before dropping a 19-8 final to Vanguard's Lillian Avalos. Stine, a freshman, joined her as runner-up in her collegiate debut by opening with consecutive first-round pins and winning a 6-4 semifinal against Menlo's Mikayla Lancaster. Another Menlo representative, Alexandra Lopez, stopped her with a tech fall for the 160 championship.

Hingano, another sophomore All-American for the Raiders, went 4-1 with three pins and a technical fall at 180. After dropping her semifinal by 3-2 decision, she defeated Westcliff's Natalie Gonzales and Umpqua's Isabella Sosa by fall.

Ferreira – a 2024 All-American who redshirted last season – went 3-2 with a fall and a technical fall in her return. Boskovic picked up five victories, including a third pin of the day against Vanguard's Charlize Jewell in her fifth-place match.

Wieber pinned her first two opponents, Annis won her first three matches of the day, and Goodwin contributed three wins.

The Raiders will be in Great Falls, Mont., next Sunday to compete in the Battle of the Rockies tournament.
