OLYMPIA, Wash. – Southern Oregon junior Eliza Goodwin rolled through the 131-pound bracket to win an Evergreen Open title on Sunday at the Costantino Recreation Center.

Goodwin pinned her first three opponents of the afternoon to reach the final and completed her run with a 12-2 technical fall over Linfield's Cadence Fineran in the first-place match. An All-Cascade Conference performer in 2024-25, the tournament championship was the first of her Raider career.

Freshman 180-pounder Sialafua Polamalu was SOU's other placer in third. After losing her opening match, she won four consecutive in the consolation rounds with a pin and a technical fall. Her third-place bout ended in a 3-2 decision over unattached Olivia Chapman.

Diamond Lopez (103 pounds), Mylei Seigla (138) and Quilaztli Miguel-Lapham (160) earned two wins apiece for the Raiders.

They're home for the first time on Saturday, facing Westcliff (Calif.) in a 5 p.m. dual.
