The Southern Oregon men's basketball dropped its exhibition opener to the 2010-11 season to Humboldt State 74-51 tonight at Arcata, Calif.

Sam Osofsky (Westwood, Calif./Westwood) and Kellen Hawley (Cordova, Alaska/Cordova) both scored in double-digits for the Raiders. Osofsky made three 3-pointers and finished with 12 points. Hawley had 11 points to go with nine rebounds.

Southern Oregon struggled from the field making just 16 of 58 shots (28 percent).

The Raiders travel to NCAA Division I Gonzaga next Friday for another exhibition game.
