Despite a double-double by junior Jordan Highland (Tualatin, Ore./Tualatin), the Southern Oregon men fell in overtime 79-76 at Evergreen State tonight.

Southern Oregon fell to 13-12 on the year and 6-9 in Cascade Conference play. The Raiders host Portland Bible Tuesday night at 7:30 at Riehm Arena in a non-conference game.

Marice Tolliver led Evergreen with 20 points and 10 rebounds.

Highland led SOU with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Dex Daum (Fallon, Nev./Churchill) came off the bench for 16 points and three 3-pointers. Austin Wolfer (Woodburn, Ore./Woodburn) and Kyle Tedder (Coos Bay, Ore./Marshfield) both had 10 points for SOU.

Evergreen State led 32-30 at the half and then SOU had a 64-59 lead with 1:45 to play in regulation, before the Geoducks came back to tie the game on a jumper by Larry Green with 49 seconds to play.

In overtime, Evergreen State to advantage of a 9-0 difference in free throw makes to win the game.
