Southern Oregon senior guard Tristen Holmes wrapped his career with another spot on the All-Cascade Conference team and junior Jordan Hunt garnered honorable mention, the CCC office announced Wednesday.

Holmes, a four-year Raider and North Medford product, became a two-time selection after averaging 16.4 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists this season. During CCC regular-season action, he was the only player to rank among the top-15 in all three categories.

Holmes made 98 career starts and finished with 1,412 points, 577 rebounds and 453 assists, making him the only player in team history to record 1,000-500-400. He landed at No. 3 in assists and No. 12 in scoring in the program record book.

He shined throughout the Raiders' run through the CCC Tournament, putting up 19 points and nine rebounds in the quarterfinals, 20 points and four assists in the semifinals, and eight points, eight assists and five rebounds in the title game. Last week, he was also one of 22 players across the NAIA to be selected to a Google Cloud Academic All-District team for the second year in a row.

Hunt, a forward from New Zealand, was 16th on the CCC's scoring leaderboard (13.5), ninth in rebounds (7.0), fifth in blocked shots (1.6) and eighth in field-goal percentage (53.7). He recorded five double-doubles this season and recently became the 22nd member of SOU's 1,000-point club.

Oregon Tech's Mitchell Fink was named the CCC Player of the Year for the second time. College of Idaho's Talon Pinckney was the Defensive Player of the Year and Multnomah's Justin Martin the Newcomer of the Year.
