COMPLETE MEET RESULTS

McMINNVILLE – Rafe Blandini took runner-up honors in the men's 800 meters and Ilyhia Greely did the same in the women's discus for the Southern Oregon track and field team Saturday at the Linfield Open.

Stormy conditions cut into marks and made a small Raiders contingent even smaller than originally planned at the meet, which was the last before SOU travels to Klamath Falls for the Cascade Conference Championships next Friday and Saturday.

Still, Blandini ran a PR of 1 minutes 57.26 seconds in the 800 to place second among a 37-person field. Greely – who already stood atop the CCC's with a mark of 141 feet 8 inches – went 128-0 this time around to place second of 43 and added a new best in the hammer of 151-4 to take fifth of 36.

Andrew Mitchell added a sixth-place showing in the discus (142-11), while in the 5Ks Hayden Roth (16:20.48) place seventh for the men and Mercedes Harms (19:46.02) was seventh for the women.
