ASHLAND – Mustafa Daggig's third multi-goal game of the season for Southern netted Monday's Cascade Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week award.

Daggig's latest brace arrived against Arizona Christian on Saturday, when he bookended the No. 23-ranked Raiders' scoring efforts with his fifth and sixth goals in a 5-0 victory. He put three additional shots on target during the onslaught.

The sophomore forward from Portland, a product of Parkrose High, has tallied twice as many goals as any other player in the CCC and is tied for second on the NAIA leaderboard. Through four games, he has already matched SOU's record for multi-goal games in a season, a mark established just last year by All-American Adrian Villegas.

He and the Raiders (3-1) are off until playing their final nonleague game Sept. 13 at Westcliff (Calif.). They start their CCC schedule at home, Sept. 20 against Multnomah and Sept. 22 against Warner Pacific.
